Our judicial system in the country are sometimes bias at the same time marred with inefficiency in the dispensation of judgement in the court. I just wonder if the judge handling this matter actually demanded to see the recent audit information of the company in order to ascertain how N5million got missing without any trace of it use by the company’s management. And if their Is none, I think the judge need to demand for an independent auditor to see if the company’s financial asset has been misappropriated by the said manager or anyone. Is their any prove yet that the manager Adedoyin Sulaiman actually stole N5million to justify her lock up in one of the notorious prison in the country? Because as it stand It appears the judge based it ruling on the tip off gave by the jealous assistant manager without embarking on adequate investigation into how and when the money was withdrawn from the company’s account and by whose name. The judge didn’t also bother to demand for the bank statement in order to enable him or her gather more information so as to come up with objective, equitable and unbiased jugement. The pleading of not guilty by Adedoyin Sulaiman shows that this matter need to be appealed by her family in the court using a competent lawyer. I pray she’s freed on time from that bondage of KIRIKIRI. And you @Bench don’t you dare try Obansanjo because he will only use you as a cheap labor in his farm at OTA without paying you a penny.

First of all, I have a strong feeling of jealous between the Manager and Assistance Manager. Eventhough that woman borrowed some money from company’s account, Lilian should have done thorough investigation before locking her up. The assistance manager has presented that case in such a way that made Lilian acted the way she did.
We are not yet clear about the amount involved, is it #120,000 or #5,000,000. Have you done proper audit to make sure you are really missing #5 million? I’m not saying you should not retrieve your money by any method you choose to adopt but can you at least do your proper investigation so that you don’t prosecute this woman for what she did not do.
