July 27, 2016 – Oba Okunade Sijuwade 1st Year Memorial Service Holds In Ile Ife From Thursday To Friday
Come Thursday, the 28th of July 2016, the family of late Ooni of Ilfe Oba Okunade Sijuwade will shut down Ile Ife for the late monarch’s one year remembrance service.
The 2-day event will kick off on Thursday at St Paul’s Church Ayegbaju Ile Ife followed by grand reception at Castle of Mercy on Ede Road in Ile Ife.
On Friday July 29, 2016, a seminar will hold at Oduduwa Hall of OAU followed by yet another reception at Motel Royal on Ede Road.
The monarch passed on to glory on the 28th of July 2015 at the age of 85.
