Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade has been dragged into Daddy Freeze’s tithing controversy after she took to her Instagram page to express shock over the way in which some Nigerians are giving up their January Salary as first fruit to a Pastor.

PERSONALLY, I can‘t give my January salary to one pastor like that I repeat, I can‘t. It not Biblical anywhere unless if I want to re-write the Holy Bible or interprete it in a reMIX fashion.

The pastors have taken advantage of the helpless situation in the country to hoodwink the vulnerable in the society. While the people are suffering and looking for salvation, the self acclaimed men of God (Not all of them though)are laughing their way to the bank. They have confused their followers. Any Tom, Dick and Harry can now set up a one room church and you will see people flock to him and in a short while they congregation will grow. Some of these “pastors” are in it for easy access they have to women both single and married. God is watching.

Nothing wrong in giving with your heart if you have,not only to church,also to those in need, but not the type Nigeria pastors are advocating for,that’s pure fraud with God’s name.
In one of Jesus teaching,he told his disciples how they rejected him,all was amazed…after explaining to them that showing love to the less privileged or mad person across your way equals to doing it for HIM.
People will be surprise that the real places the TRUE spirit are ministering are not making any headline or having many congregations.
Christianity is a conscience call and people should not allow others to be misleading them, but again,what you have in mind before attending any church will determine how fast you will know the truth…if you have God in mind,HE will reveal the truth…but if any other thing,the so called pastors will keep on playing hide and seek.
