I don’t think it’s cream she stopped using! Rather I strongly guess it’s make-up. Expensive powder, lipstick, face liquid and all sorts…. probably the nation’s money no longer available for her to fly a make-up artists into the country anymore! Mad people… the igbo woman can’t spend her own money on cosmetics I guess
