Mama Peace has come forward to tell EFCC that she is the owner of the huge amount of money in three bank accounts frozen by the EFCC few weeks ago.
The former First Lady dragged the EFCC to court on the 6th of September 2016 to claim ownership of the $31.4million involved in a fraud case before a Federal High Court in Lagos.
Dame Patience Jonathan asked the court to force EFCC to unfreeze the accounts because it violates her Fundamental Human rights as contained in the constitution of Nigeria.
How can the former First Lady claim ownership of such huge amount? Chai!!! this madam has finished us.
This is another confirmation of the massive looting that took place during GEJ tenure.

Mama Thief should tell Nigerians what manner of businesses she has to have $14.4 millions which is equivalent to N13 billions naira saved in one single Nigerian account? There are other reliable reports that linked criminal Jonathan and his barbaric thief wife to many foreign accounts, houses and businesses in Dubai with Nigerian looted money. They looted the nation to bankruptcy within six years, turned the nation to a suffering arena because billions of dollars realized from oil surplus were completely embezzled by Jonathan, Mama Thief, and their group of looters, wicked politicians, unpatriotic people, and corrupt minded idiots. They were supposed to safe billions of dollars in Nigerian foreign reverse for raining days or times like this when crude oil was sold for $150 per barrel for five years out of Jonathan six years of disaster as vagabond in power. They and their team of looters casted away with money that was supposed to be spent on agriculture, education, electricity generation, national security, infrastructures rebuilding, and on modern health care for all Nigerians. What about $3 billions of military funds to fight Boko Haram Terrorists? They shared the money among themselves.Now Dumb Mama Thief has blindly put herself through seroius EFCC investigation aND interrogation. That stolen billions should be return back to government’s account with immediate effect. If EFCC fails to publicly prosecute this criminal of a woman, then PMB war on corruption should be considered a serious joke. I want to believe that this is a tiNY portion of the missing $20 billions that disappeared from the NNPC account when corrupt Jonathan was in power about 2 years ago. Jonathan government really destroy this nation by vandalising the finance of our beloved nation. Why won’t there be economic recession when such huge amount of money is stolen from the national treasury by one person, and some shallow minded nigerians will keep on blaming Buhari that came to power less than 2years for the nations bad economy. Buhari is the best thing that has ever happen to this nation, even the present economic hardship is the handiwork of those criminals that vow to frustrate all mr presidents efforts for their selfish reason. Nigeria should wake up from their slumber, put tribal and religious sentiment aside and support Buhari’s administration to fight corruption that has eaten deep into the fabric of our existence as a nation.

Is this why she was all over the place running helter skelter, insulting everybody in order to protect her Mumu husband in power. This secret would never have been out if that novice Jonathan had remained in power. Nigeria is truely fantastically a corrupt country as described by a British Prime Minister otherwise, how could an ordinary President’s bed warmer who had no defined constitutional role in governance amass so much money in less than 4 years and still has the effontry to request the courts to release the money to her. Any wonder Nigeria and Nigerians have lost all credibilities everywhere around the world. Patience Jonathan should be thoroughly grilled by the courts how she came by the whopping $31.4 million and business activities she was engaged in to have legitimately generated the income that she claims belong to her and, if that were so; be requested to present the evidence of her business tax obligations over the period, failure which constitute another offence under the laws of tax evations. Nigeria is being led by people who all have no conscience and have no shame whatsoever. Its only in Nigeria that a first lady’s Bank accounts will hit $31.4 million dollars and still remains a secrete until the husband is out of office; not even the richest nations around the world could such a scandal be tolerated and be made to look normal. Some of them in public offices, including public money looting brigade politicians that pretented sainthood have all reached for their wardrobes to bring out looted public monies in a plea bargain gimmick in order to secure their freedom, what a joke of a country called Nigeria. These offences would have attracted death sentences in years back in South American countries and in Asia. WHAT A SHAME OF A COUNTRY CALLED NIGERIA.

Good heavens! this is the same woman always saying ‘there is God o’. This is what i have been saying, it is what is in your heart not what you speak. so much pretense everywhere No conscience at all! Nigerians are suffering, people literally living on the streets barely surviving on averagely N500 per day this money could have built so many well equipped hospitals and modern schools with good facilities. corruption has eaten into every cell in our system. God knows how much much this woman has looted and stashed abroad;so much wickedness Nigerians heart are dark, as it stand some will come out in support of this Looter, how much work did she do while her husband was president to amassed so much money? $31,000,000 X 400 = 12.4 billion naira.Some will still have mouth to defend this greedy ugly woman. i hope she wont start claiming immunity as her husband.i hope the relevant agencies do their job properly.

I will advice the legal practitioner handling the case of patience Jonathan to back off from her matter.
The EFCC have every right and power to freeze those 4 accounts. Why?because those bank accounts patience jonathan claimed to be ownership of, was lodged with Sky Bank Plc in the name of four companies belonging to Waripamo Dudafa the formal special adviser on domestic affairs to formal president Goodluck Jonathan.
Dudafa was probed by the EFCC some few months earlier over same billions of naira claimed by Patience Jonathan.
Clearly,since there are questions surrounding this accounts and since that type of mind boggling amount of cash was found in those accounts in the name of 4 different companies owned by a politician,our Anti Graft Agency the “EFCC” therefore,has the legal and the constitutional right and the mandate to freeze such suspected account that may have been used for money laundry until further investigation is conducted.
And by such action from the EFCC,the fundamental right of Patience Jonathan has not been violated in anyway as she and her lawyer would have us believe.
Now,can someone please ask madam how come she has those huge amount of money in her bank accounts? How many property did she posses before her husband came to power as president?
So such move by the EFCC to freeze the accounts Patience is now claiming to be her own until unimpeded investigation has being carried out is purely in the interest of the country and its people.
There is a need for federal Government to rise up against corruption today. The EFCC should not be intimidated by any important figure or personality in the country as doing that could incapacitate their mission to bring suspected money launderers to justice.
However,where I do observe consistent structural impediment with our Anti Graft Agency performances, is the aspect of there inability to follow through the course of probing suspected looters of our national treasury in making them to stand trial after substantiating the charges against them in the court.
They have serious weakness in this regard and they have to correct this known shortcoming in order to boost their capability in bring any personnel and political criminals to justice who have siphoned the funds meant for the development of infrastructures and other social amenities to raise the poor living standard of our people in the country.
They have to step up and redouble their effort in combating and uprooting endemic corruption in the country and return sanity to public offices.

I HONESTLY THINK there’s no reason for me to regret ever speaking in Bubari’s favour prior to the 2015 polls, even though he has his own unpardonable faults. GEJ and his wife had made Nigeria their exclusive inheritance. I still cannot imagine what would give Patiece the audacity to come forward and claim that staggaring amount of money. These people were evil, bleeding and sucking the nation like money vampires without half a conscience.
I AM just watching to know how the case ends. Even if EFCC achieves nothing else until 2019, they should bring this case to a conclusion that satisfies the common man.
