Nigeria’s most popular comedian, Pa Moses Olaiya Adejumo is celebrating his 80th birthday today.
He was born in Ilesha Osun state Nigeria on the 18th of May 1935.
Regarded as the father of Nigerian modern comedy, he started his career as a Highlife musician with the Federal Rhythm Dandies group back in 1964. He was a mentor to juju legend King Sunny Ade who worked as his lead guitarist.
