Daniel Okorie, a 26-year-old caterer has been remanded in Ikoyi Prison custody for the alleged murder of his best friend, 25-year-old Onyeka Jackson.
The suspect who reportedly stabbed his friend to death around 6am on May 24 in Ojo area of Lagos has been remanded in Ikoyi Prison for murder.
It was said that the defendant beat up a woman at the restaurant where he works as a caterer. The matter was reported to the police but Jackson was arrested instead of Okorie.
Jackson told the police it was Daniel Okorie who beat up the woman at his restaurant.
The suspect reportedly used a kitchen knife to stab Onyeka to death on May 24 for reporting him to the police.

What an idiot. You want somebody to take responsibility of your crime. You killed your best friend for reporting you for beating a woman. What if he has reported you of raping her perhaps you would have killed his entire family. Fool!!
