Check out how two youths were paraded after some security men in Agborn caught them with stolen water tank.
The youths reportedly saw the empty tank around Ime Obi area of Agbor and stole it.
24-year-old Agholor Austin and his partner in crime, 22-year-old Eronime Trust a bus conductor were caught while trying to sell the tank for N30,000 to a man identified as Lucky Ekanem.
