April 27, 2017 – Pictures: Death Toll Of 2-Storey Building Collapse In Lekki Lagos At 3, 4 Others Injured
Earlier today, two construction workers working at a building inside NICON Estate off Admiralty way in Lekki were reported to have died after a part of the building collapsed and trapped them under the debris while they were mixing concrete.
Sadly, another construction worker trapped under the debris have reportedly died due to slow rescue effort from emergency responders who do not have the proper equipment to rescue those trapped underneath the rubble.
As at the time of this report LASEMA operatives have brought in more equipment to pull off the debris.
Those injured in the deadly collapse have been rushed to the hospital for treatment.
