The former governor of Lagos, Raji Fashola was today honoured with a doctorate degree by Babcock University in Ogun.

During the annual Post Graduate Convocation ceremony, BRF was decorated with Doctor Honoris Causa award for his exemplary leadership skill that attracted foreign investors to Lagos and Nigeria as a whole.

The immediate past Governor of Kano State also received the same award.

From ex-governors to Doctors. That is an achievement.

Congrats to them.

  1. The day Fashola left power and wave at Lagosians i wept. He was my best governor in the whole of Nigeria. I wish he comes back one day. Or I wish he becomes president of Nigeria one day. He was great in making Lagos beautiful. I pray for the Lord to continue to empower him. Imagine old Lagos to new Lagos of today especially under bridges.

I hope Ambode will do more than Fashola by eradicating arm-robbers thieves and kidnappers. Holly spirit kept revealing him as someone who will be lazy for Lagos. Well I hope not.

  2. Congratulations to both governors for their positive roles in Lagos and Kano states respectively. Both of these gentlemen are fully qualified and possess the right experience and record to be president or vice president of our beloved nation in the near future. I think Nigerians should emulate Babcock University by awarding only successful politicians awards of honor after their term in their various offices. Once again, congratulations to former Governor Raji Fashola and Governor Rabiu Kwankwaso for great leadership.
