“If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.” Mother Teressa. I am so happy and very delighted about the brilliant move of Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi. This unity between Alaafin and Ooni is very paramount to the progress of Yoruba race. May the Almighty Creator continue to be with them, grant them the knowledge and wisdom to foster a new beginning that will foster a genuine unity between Oodua descents. This gesture of unity, love , progress and prosperity is very cardinal to Yoruba existence. The spirits of our ancestors will never sleep with unrest now. They will be happy with us. I wish other Yoruba Kings will enjoin them in fostering stronger and coherent relationship with love, peace and understanding. As one of the high chives in Yoruba land, once again, Ooni Ogunwusi, i commend you dearly. May the spirit of our ancestors continue to be with you. May you never see sorrow as custodian of Oodua Tradition, Culture and Heritage. Long live Ooni, great health Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi.
