Rising Cases Of Suicide Among Nigerian Policemen Worrisome – NPF

In an interactive session with Police officers in Yenagoa Bayelsa yesterday, Assistant IGP Zone 5, Abubakar Mohammed lamented the rising cases of suicides among policemen across the country.

According to Mohammed, recent statistics revealed that more police officers are killing themselves.

He urged senior policemen to develop close relationship with their subordinates to tackle this menace.

  3. This is not the job of senior officers, this IGP self, any institution as big as the PF must have a well established mental clinics where the afflicted can quickly seek help. Every damn thing is wrong with Nigeria!
