July 15, 2016 – Senator Iyiola Omisore Denied Bail As Lawyer Fails To Appear In Court
A High Court in Abuja today dismissed ex-Osun deputy governor, Iyiola Omisore’s bail application.
Omisore who is being prosecuted by the EFCC over an alleged N60billion fraud was today denied bail because his counsel refused to appear in court.
In his ruling, Justice Olukayode Adeniyi said Omisore’s bail application is not valid.
