June 16, 2016 – Shameful: Genevieve Nnaji Returns N98K Gown To Lekki Boutique, Pays N18K Debt

The sales boy who accused Genevieve Nnaji of owing her boss N18,000 is very right.

Kingsley Ejikeme said Genevieve Nnaji and her manager came to the boutique yesterday to return the N98,000 dress. She also paid the N18,000 balance.

  1. Thank God you’ve collected your balance together with the gown which she only used once. This shows that she’s very angry the way you went public. Now you money and gown.

    • IF 4 TOMATOES IS NOW N1000 IN NIGERIA I WOULD NOT BE SURPRISE THAT A GOWN COST 98K, WHICH KIND OF GOWN BE THAT? IS IT MADE WITH METAL AND STEEL? IF THIS STORY IS TRUE…. GENNY PLEASE WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING NEXT TIME PAY IN FULL…OKAY EVEN POOR PEOPLE PAY IN FULL WHEN THEY BUY SO DON’T STAIN YOURSELF NEXT TIME….IF YOU ARE OWNING THE BOY YOU MUUUUUUUUSTTTT PAY MY SISTER….

  2. This report is quite confusing. Firstly d gown was 98k,then she paid 80k and she is left with 18k. She then returned the gown and still paid you the remaining 18k balance. Even she have money fountain in her house, this is not possible. I think you just wanted to tanish the image of the girl, using cheap lies. The moron equally left the debt you were owned and started thinking if given the chance you will marry her,

    • @David, she returned the gown and the N18K balance out of anger and to pass the message that she is more than even the whole N98K. But that is horseshit! And if that guy had wanted cheap popularity, he would have granted that invitation by Pulse. Just consider that. All of you accusing this guy, did you read that his boss had threatened him with a sack if he failed to provide the balance? Did you also read that he has tried severally to reach Genny only to be shielded off by her bodyguards or whatever they are called. If you were to be in his shoes, tell me what you would have done. @Brenda and @Amy, take note.

      • @Metu Nyetu

Thank God Almighty for the likes of you that constantly stand for the truth. I also wonder what they would have done if they were in the boy’s shoe.

  3. No you are not a pig, but did you exhaust all your Avenue of trying to get to her before you went public,

  4. Don’t u hv an invoice to back up ur claim or ur cheap boutique don’t issue receipt, cheap lier,or don’t u hv a camera video to show for it.PIG as she rightly called u.

  5. Nigerians, please think for once, these so called local celebs are not as rich as we think they are. Dont you know what they call showbiz, its all fake on camera,in reality they are as broke as fuck.all yhose pics you see of her abroad na packaging, the abroad trips na sugar daddy sponsor am.come and see yhem in usa they are nobody, useless and arrogant, feeling they have millions because our currency does not have value.
Imagine if an American actress was struggling to pay common 320$,bury your head in shame shameless bitch

  6. That was to prove to them that she was far more than that meagre balance they were busy blowing a loud trumpet about on the net.

Secondly, that they have just lost a special customer. Just a gown goes for N98K, approximately N100K. Hummm… Only people of Genny‘s class can afford that and like I said, they have just lost her forever.

I had wanted to go get a T-shirt I heard they sell for N200K but with this kind of treatment meted out on my Genny, I have equally changed my mind*wink.

    I take a stroll…

  7. Where is that Victor Ifeanyichukwu who drew his swords at me just to make it clear that Genny would never owe N18K? I hope he gets to react to this development. Most people just like insulting others, just the very way they have insulted this guy for trying to save his job. People don’t often consider cases properly before they air their half-baked views.

Congrats my man! Your strategy has worked. Forget those threats by Genny; your job is still intact.

  8. Oh poor boy wants to marry Genny lol. You shouldn’t have gone all that far. Anyway, you have your balance and the gown, yet your job is still at sake. Its well boy.

  9. Genny please stop belittling yourself live up to expectation, stop this credit stuff. You should have deposited for the outfit and picked it up later. Please live within your means. I have seen you before in Harvey Nichols in London but won’t go public with what I saw.

  10. Exactly @Amy did u try any means of reaching her before going public…….u now saying trash now she is my fan I like her….chief mumu

  11. I blame you my boy. You just mentioned here that she has been coming to ur shop, which means she is yr big customer. You shld hv waited for her to visit again then u remind her bcos she must visit again one day. She paid 80k why shld u go public for 18k u know she is a public figure. It is very easy to tarnish an image that took someone so much years to build.

  12. Why are you all blaming the poor boy? Is it because it’s Genny the star that is involved? Why would she buy cloths without paying fully for it? Where is her integrity in all of this? She promised to bring the balance and failed to do so!!!! How much is the poor boy’s salary? As if we all don’t know how some of this shop owners behave!! The poor boy would have been sacked for honoring a star. I am very sure that if it wasn’t Genny, the boy won’t have allowed her take the dress without paying for it fully, so why didn’t she fulfil her obligations? Nigerians are too sentimental and castigate you if they don’t like you and praise you only if they like you!!!!

  14. What did gain by tarnishing her image in the public. Who will belief a blasphemer like you. If Geni is your sister, will you do this kind of thing? It is quite very Unfair sales boy. Geni is still what she is. Nothing rat will do to a bag of rice, highest it can eat is just half cup.

  16. Some sales boy can be rude. Why try to tarnish her image? Worthless fool. My Genny mighty have forgotting about the debt, but the way u went about it was not encouraging out all. Imagine someone that can buy a single cloth for 98k and paid 80k and you have the gutt to bring it to the internet. Pls go home and examine your life, ‘cos you are worthless.

  18. An imbecile who asked you to do this? Fool, PIG, PIG, PIG as rightly said and to remind you, your 15 mins is up. Idiot

  19. you would think she should have been more responsible, and they say she is loaded, building houses here and there.. come pay na trouble

  20. Do you know the damage you have caused her being that she is popular? You should have tried your possible best to meet her before telling the whole world about it,it’s unfair to daint someone’s image like that. And now you want to marry her if given the chance, what exactly is your problem? that’s money or cheap popularity? ?

  21. some pple define, y insult the guy, put urselves in his shoes n see if you won’t do worse, would provide him with a job or feed him if he had kept quiet n lost his job. bcuz she is famous means she can do anything n get away with it. be mindful of how handle or treat pples problems,it cud happen to u.

  22. Let us call a spade a spade, Genievieve shouldn’t have walked out of that clothing store without complete her payment. Things happen in life for real. She may not have her credit card with her or have enough cash to cover the cost of that gown at that moment but what she should have done is to make part payment and send her PA or body guard later to pick the item on her behalf not later than the next day. Genevieve shouldn’t have waited for more than 2days to give that boy the remaining balance. That boy was being threatened by his boss and on the verge of losing his job that was why he took such step and he has since apologized. Genievieve is a public figure she should have drawn a limit on how she interact with people or trying to avoid action that may damage her integrity. She is the cause of any embarrassment that might have happened in that clothing store.

  23. Nawaa ooo, see peoples comment, pls let’s call a spade a spade, so if that the poor boy losses his job it would have been better naa abie, and he says that he have tried all his possible best to reach her but all to no avail. he only went to social media wen the heat was too hot for him from his madam, and he tried by letting her go without making the full payment as ordinary servant he is . for genny to avoid any embarrassment she should have paid the whole amount or deposit some money and come back for it when she must have finished the whole payment .let them carry the cloth and and give it out to beggers. if that she doesn’t want it again. that is business for u. pay for wot u bought . but I still blame that guy that accompanied her to that shop for not reminding her bcos, those celebrities always forget bcos for being so much occupied. let her no vex,
