Tinubu Says Fuel Scarcity In Nigeria Was Caused By PDP, Says Buhari Will Fix The Problem

APC National Chairman Bola Tinubu has blamed the opposition party for the lingering fuel scarcity in the country.

In a news briefing in Lagos yesterday, Tinubu said Buhari was elected to clear the 16-year mess PDP created in the country.

See excerpts from his speech:

“For 16 good years, PDP destroyed the country. We should not be lamenting over petroleum queues today if they had seen what was necessary and done what was necessary for this country. We can’t be emotional and in self denial. If they had done Awolowo Road, if they had done Lagos/Ibadan Expressway, if they put priority on our rail lines, if they put priority on electricity generation and distribution we would not be in this mess that we are today,”.

“Nigerians are impatient for what? I research on Nigerians, they just want to see the direction of the economic policy and want to be certain of the future that we will not continue in the direction of leaderless, directionless and hopelessness of the past 16 years.

“The fact is that Nigerians did not want to continue to import toothpicks, we can make toothpicks out of our bamboo trees. Nigeria does not want to import rice or plastic or call them chicken, Nigeria does not want to continue in the direction of the past 16 years.

“What did they leave behind in our account? Where should certain things that we bring to this country become our priority? Why do we have to bring those things that we can produce, the country needs surgical operation and it is in the hands of a very honest Nigeria,” .

Hmmmmm,Jagaban as spoken. We all need to support PMB and be patient,at the same time something must be done to the scarcity of petrol. Petrol is now 200 per litre, FG should look into that

I believe we have to be patient with PMB, but I hate it when APC tries to force lies down our throats. The current fuel scarcity in the country does not have more to do with GEJ’s profligate regime than it has to do with Buhari’s vindictive and biased pursuit of public looters which has diverted his attention from other pertinent angles that are paramount to the nation’s economic stability. You people prided yourselves as having the key to stabilizing this nation.

Now, all you do is trade blames. Four years may seem afar off. But the dawn of 2019 will suddenly break upon your day and, looking back, you would notice that all that you have achieved is Blames.

It’s him who needs surgical operation not Nigeria, all the politicians need surgical operation cos they have really destroyed & ripped this country apart. It’s them that are responsible for everything that has been happening to this country

Is very shameful to hear this word for Senetor Bola Hamed Tinubu, I believe this is not the type of change we ask for in this country, please remember i dont judge him, if not the heartless ways of the living of the former President goodlucky jonathan, senetor bola hamed tinubu whould not stand somewhere without knowing what million’s of nigerians is passing through and giving us excuses after how many month now?
I believe omokehinde will reply me or waiting for his call because he may like to say one or two word on this.

This is arrant nonsense. Very irritable to the citizenry. No one cares about who sabotage what. We voted you people so that we can be comfortable. Enough of these irresponsible excuses. Even, self centered APC members are sabotaging the government efforts.

Shame on you good for nothings for pinning down fixing Nigeria’s problems on PMB. Did he alone create our nation’s problems. Besides, is PMB the only one with brains in his head? Where are Nigeria’s youths in the onerous task of nation-building? After all said and done, how old were Gens. Yakubu Gowon, Murtala Muhammed and Olusegun Obasanjo when they governed Nigeria in the 60s and 70s? Nigerian youths should wake up and begin to figure out how to fix our country’s problems, rather than being part of it by committing fraud and egregious atrocities giving our country a bad reputation all over the world.

Federal Government should react fast to make fuel available across the country. The suffering is too much. But Oil marketers too should stop afflicting us by holding the products. They should know this that we take nothing to this world and we will definitely take nothing out of it. There is God o o.

This is arrant nonsense, must everything that has fallen apart in Nigeria be attributed to PDP. Tinubu was a Governor in Lagos State and handed over to Fashola during the 16 years PDP was at the centre, so you also contributed to whatever is going wrong in the country, so stop this blame game and face the reality of governance. The new acronym for APC is All Promises Canceled. There is God-o
