Feb 5, 2017 – US Judge Suspends Donald Trump’s Travel Ban On Muslim Immigrants, Presidency Vows To Fight Back
The White House has fired back at a court ruling that suspended Donald Trump’s immigration ban.
On Friday, Judge James Robart blocks trump’s controversial immigration ban and ordered Customs and Border Protection officials to alert major US airlines that it will begin reinstatement of revoked visas.
With the Department of Justice reportedly seeking to file an emergency stay to reverse the decision as soon as Saturday, it opens a narrow window for previously barred travelers to enter the country.
According to the Daily Mail, The State’s Attorney General, Ferguson said no one is above the law not even the President.
Here is a statement released by the White House to counter the suspension on Friday.

IS THIS NOW A POWER TOSSLE BETWEEN THE EXERCUTIVE AND THE JUDICIARY? TRUMP SHOULD know where to draw the lines. I just hope that all this would not culminate in impeachment.

America will always be America…they are playing action reaction solution, but on a more serious note, according to history,Empires always fall after ruling for more than 250yrs, and that’s where America is heading to..
Trump is a man with America in heart, but the opposition with evil mind who has almost hijack America will never allow him to rule with ease, however,if POTUS will remain in his re-dedication of IN GOD WE TRUST, he will go far. Though the integration of the empire is unavoidable when the time comes.

The restrictions on immigration imposed by the new US president is unjustified. The fact is that, even in the necessarily resolute battle against terrorism it is not justified to place people from a certain country or believe under general suspicion. It is ludicrous and senseless to suspect that a full nation could be made up of terrorist people only. The irony is that, that terrorist attack that is most feared by the current US administration may latter be carried out by a US born citizen living in the US,then what’s the common sense behind such immigration policy of Donald Trump when such attacks has been happening in the past? Donald Trump should know that americans can as well become terrorists in their homeland. Their are many ISIS sympathizers and supporters in the US who have been taught through the internet on how to make bomb in their kitchens using things such as gas cylinder and some other equipments that can cause powerful explosion that can kill large numbers of US citizens. This are the kind of people american security agencies should focus on. A very strong phone hacking system could be useful against such ones. Security check and screening should also be directed in various international airports across United State as well as US embassies around the world. The current US administration should look for the best strategies to fight terrorism rather than banning several muslim nations of people from entering the US because such move would be sending a message of hate to the muslim world and further expose more americans to attacks. Such potential danger is what made Donald Trump immigration policy completely incongruous and not consistent with the reality on ground. I think that judge has done a very good job and has done perfectly well by suspending the damaging immigration policy of Trump.
