How Waking Up Early In The Morning Can Make You Rich & Successful In Life
“Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise”. – Wise saying by Benjamin Franklin
Do you know being an early riser can increase your net worth?… If you don’t, please read on.
If you get up earlier than you do now you can find the time to work on (and accomplish) the major things you want to do with your life that you “don’t have time for”.
How you wake up each day and your morning routine (or lack thereof) dramatically affects your levels of success in every single area of your life.
Focused, productive, successful mornings generate focused, productive, successful days—which inevitably create a successful life—in the same way that unfocused, unproductive, and mediocre mornings generate unfocused, unproductive, and mediocre days, and ultimately a mediocre quality of life.
By simply changing the way you wake up in the morning, you can transform any area of your life, faster than you ever thought possible.
So if you want to “be all you can be”, one step is to start your day off right and use what is now likely sleep time to get up early and improve yourself.
What To Do In The Morning To Be Successful
S – Silence (could be meditation, prayer, deep breathing, thinking grateful thoughts, etc.) — 5 minutes
A – Affirmations (telling yourself how great you are) — 5 minutes
V – Visualization (thinking of what you want and visualizing it in your mind) — 5 minutes
E – Exercise (I don’t think this needs an explanation) — 20 minutes
R – Reading (also self-explanatory) — 20 minutes
S – Scribing (writing down your thoughts/impressions/plans/etc.) — 5 minutes
Of course you don’t have to do SAVERS. You can customize the time however you want to use it. The main idea is that you get up and work on improving yourself and your life — whatever that means for you.

What Time Do Successful People Go To Bed
If depends on their schedule but most successful people sleep between 10pm and 12 midnight.
According to Fast Company, Oprah sleeps five hours per night, going to bed around 2am and waking up naturally between 7:15 and 7:23am.
According to The Seattle Times, Bill Gates is a bit more reasonable in his sleep cycle, averaging around seven hours a night. He goes to bed at midnight. “I like to get seven hours of sleep,” he says. “Even though it’s fun to stay up all night, if I have to be creative I need seven hours. I can give a speech without much sleep, I can do parts of my job that way, but in thinking creatively, I’m not much good without seven hours.”
