April 20, 2016 – Fire Destroys 50 Shops At Ladipo Auto Spare Parts Market In Mushin Lagos Today
A mystery fire that gutted some shops at Ladipo spare parts market today has destroyed over 50 shops.
According to NAN, the Osoro section of the popular market was burnt to ashes.
The inferno which started around 3:30 am today was put out at 10:00 am.
No causalities were reported.

Anyway, since no lives were lost, they console themselves with that. I don’t know what’s with fire these days.

If only we have a system that works in this country, if only…
The State Gvt. should have give some financial assistance to the victims so as to reduce the loss at least. That way, the people will have some sense of belonging and also know that they did not vote this people into office in vain.

Very disheartening story in these hard times. I hope the individuals affected took out insurance policies to cushion the effect of such mishap. Government too should help fast for this is a devastating situation
