An American man has been attacked in Georgia for dating a Nigerian woman. naijagists.com

Miss Olufisayo Bakare is a Nigeria-born Georgian woman. She said her 23-yr old boyfriend, Andrew Quade was brutally beaten while the couple were walking along Ellis Square by a group of 3 black men few days ago.

Before the attack, the men hit the couple with all sorts of racially abusive comments.

“I just hope justice prevails at the end of the day. This should not happen in this day and age. I know we’re in the South, but it is time for a change,” she said.

According to the local police, a confirmation hasn’t been made to ascertain the motive behind the attack.

“Some of the family members are saying it was a hate crime,” the police representative said. “But police have not determined that. The investigation is still ongoing.” (dailytimes)
