The Lagos Police Command who arrested notorious kidnapper Evans on Saturday the 10th of June 2017 has warrant from an Abuja court to detain him for 3 moths.
According to a top security source, the warrant gives police the right to carry out proper investigation before charging the notorious kidnap kingpin to court.
The Human Rights lawsuit filed by the suspect will be nullified by the warrant obtained by the police on Thursday the 22nd of June 2017.
