A man identified as George Edem has been arrested for allegedly posing as an army captain while negotiating for the release of an impounded motorcycle with hassis number MD2A18AZ3FMW34913X impounded for contravening the Lagos State Road Traffic Laws .
The engineer who claimed to have deceived many Police DPOs with fake military ID card blamed poverty for his action.
