See how graduate youths fall victims to scams all in the name of job hunting. This is the kind of country we find ourselves in, a country after spending so much money in school & becoming a graduate, one will be roaming round the whole country joblessly

Maryf, looking for a better job when you already have one is not, and never, a crime. Go to any job interview and you will notice that over 50% of the applicants are already working. Most private firms pay peanuts to their staff. Moreover, there is no job security.
A federal govt job would have provided a better life and peace of mind for her. At least, she would he sure of a 35-year service or working until she is 60–whichever comes first.
