Nigerian actress Funke Akindele popularly called Jenifa is thanking God for adding another year to her successful years on earth today.
The talented actress was born in Ikorodu area of Lagos state on the 24th of August, 1976.
After completing her primary and secondary education in Lagos, she proceeded to Ogun State Polytechnic now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic in Abeokuta where she bagged an OND in mass communication.
She later proceeded to UNILAG where she bagged a degree in law.
Before joining Nollywood, she was a TV presenter.
She came into limelight for her role in “I need to know” TV show and the rest is history.
The nollywood actress and movie producer has featured in over 40 movies.
She recently dumped her polygamist husband of one year, Kehinde Oloyede Almaroof over what she termed verbal abuse.
