Nollywood actress Ibinabo Fiberesima is yet to give up her battle to regain freedom after she was sentenced to 5 years behind bars for her reckless driving that killed Dr Suraj Giwa in 2006.
The actress has filed a bail application that will be reviewed today by the court of Appeal.
She is seeking release from the 5-year jail term affirmed by the Appeal Court, pending the determination of the case by the Supreme Court.
