April 30, 2013 – Capital Oil MD Ifeanyi Ubah Arrested By The EFCC Over Fuel Subsidy Scam
The managing director and boss of Capital Oil and Gas limited, Ifeanyi Ubah has been arrested.
Ubah was arrested by EFCC operatives at his house in Maitama, Abuja this afternoon.
According to a detective at the anti-corruption agency, Ifeayi Ubah had earlier ignored all the invitations for voluntary interrogations in regards to his role in the multi-billion naira fuel subsidy scam.
He is currently undergoing investigation at EFCC’s headquarter in Abuja.
Over 40 people have been arraigned in connection with fuel subsidy scam so far.
