We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Direct Sales Executive – 4 POSITIONS IN LAGOS
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide optimum customer service as required to maintain and enhance existing business, resulting in repeat business, and preventing cancellations, improve the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
- Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers. Provide proper refund and compensation to customers on time.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data. Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management. Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service. Develop and update client related reports.
- Assist in making major business decisions,
- Identify and reports on continuing problems in an effort to minimize future negative customer impact. May proactively contact customers to determine and resolve issues when required.
- Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities.
- Run periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc /HND in Marketing (or related field) with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and in the use of Internet-based resources
- Must have experience in the internet connectivity environment and a technical overview or background.
- Excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, self-motivation, results-oriented with a positive outlook, punctuality, ambitious, clear focus on high quality and business profit, mature, credible, perceptive and articulate.
- Must be comfortable to contact and deal with all types of companies: small, medium and multi-national companies.
- Personal traits: reliable, tolerant, determined, well presented, businesslike, polite, well-mannered and be a team-player.
- Ability to develop and maintain a computerized customer and prospect database.
- Ability to prospect for new potential sales, respond to and follow up sales enquiries.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaise with internal order-processing staff.
- Flexibility is required and ability to work extended hours when required without it upsetting domestic situation.

- Tactful, courteous, and possess the ability to motivate others.
- Active listener, articulate, and adaptable.
- Ability to listen while accessing screens end information, speaking to customer while processing resolution.
- Ability to maintain effective associate and customer relations contributing to an environment conducive to high morale and productivity.
- Ability to function in a multi task environment. 3+ years PC experience using electronic messaging systems, oft on productivity software (such as word processing and Microsoft Outlook) and Internet.
Skills and Specifications
- Fluency in English; excellent oral communications kills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills,
- Knowledge of sales and relationship building process; Prior experience in end to end sales process an advantage.
- Must be able to work accurately, wider pressure, tamest strict deadlines.
