The deputy speaker of Kaduna State House Of Assembly, Hon. Mato Dary Dogara who was arrested over N17 Million scam is set for arraignment on Monday the 14th of January, 2013. naijagists.com

According to a press released by the EFCC (Economic and Financial Crimes Commission), he will be docked alongside 5 other criminals namely; Kabiru Tahir Malali and Ahmed Yahaya former Chairman and Treasurer respectively of Lere Local Government, Kaduna State on Monday at a Federal High Court in the state.

He will be docked on a 6-count charge involving criminal diversion of funds and illegal contract invoicing.

Hon. Dary Dogara is the ex-Chairman of Lere LGA and a Commissioner in Kaduna state.
