48 hours after her abduction, kidnappers of Princess Oluwatoyin Omosowon of Akungba Akoko have contacted the family of the traditional ruler.

Princess Omosowon was on her way to a function in FUTA Akure when the criminals kidnapped her and 3 aides on Ikare Owo Road in Akoko South West LGA of Ondo state.

A family source said members of the victim’s family have opened up negotiation channel with the the kidnappers.

The residents of the town have decided to seek divine intervention in the matter as interdenominational prayer sessions are held in churches and mosques within the community where the residents pray to God for the safe return of the Regent.
