The legal case Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh allegedly took with levity has became a big issue in the face of law.
The actress who featured her only child, Andre in her upcoming Reality TV show is in deep mess as her husband through his lawyer has prevailed on the court to stop the actress from ever airing the show.
Tonto Dikeh’s ex Kunle Churchill had earlier accused the actress of attempting to exploit his son for selfish financial reward, a threat Tonto Dikeh ignored until Mr Churchill’s lawyer served her notice.
Even at that point, the actress told her fans nothing will stop the show from airing on major TV channels this month.
Tonto Dikeh and her producer, Linda Ikeji later went ahead to campaign the show until an injunction restraining them from airing the show was pasted at their door yesterday.
Here is a copy of the injunction sent to the duo yesterday.
At this stage, Tonto Dikeh has no option than to cancel the show and reproduce it without featuring her son.

Confused girl! What is d meaning of King Tonto? That the child is in your custody doesn’t mean he belongs to you alone, if you mess up further, the man can prevail on the law to have custody of the child claiming you are not ok mentally and guess what? He might be right after all because you are showing all the signs.

These people are using the child as a chip, which should not be so. He is only but a child, and for the sake of that child peace must reign and stop all these court cases. Tonto you said you are a born again child of God, I know forgiveness is a process therefore you need to ask God to give you strength to forgive for the sake of the child, and same goes to your ex-husband, Mr. Churchill. What do you guys think you are doing to the child. Emotionally, spiritually and psychologically you are destroying the child both affirms you love so much. but with all this hatred, bitterness, animosity, anger and what nots. Just let peace reign for Baby King’s sake
