London Based Nigerian Man Dies Of Lassa Fever Virus At Hospital In Benin Edo State During Vacation
Another Lassa fever case has been reported in Benin city Edo state.
An unidentified male victim of the killer virus died last Thursday three hours after he was rushed to the ICU unit of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital UBTH in Edo State.
A source at the hospital who requested anonymity said all the doctors, nurses and other auxiliary staff in the theatre and in the Intensive Care Unit, who had contact with the late patient are currently being quarantined.
The source said the victim is a male patient who came for vacation from his base in London UK.
He reportedly battled abdominal pain and was rushed to the hospital where he later developed hemorrhagic fever.

where on earth could someone believe dis yeye story, someone who came 4 vacation all d way 4rm aroad 2 nigeria 2 die of lasser fever..which kind home could he having been living 2 expect presents of rats & unhygiene environment dat single handely infected just only him..
