A young man has been sentenced to 6 months imprisonment by an Egor Chief Magistrates court for stealing a Nokia X2 phone.
The suspect who pleaded guilty was sentenced without an option of fine.
The accused, 20-year-old Lucky Ogbebor committed the offence on the 14th of February at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH).
The phone valued at N15,000 is the property of one Imonah Samuel who came to the hospital for treatment.
