The trial of Lagos hotelier Olanrewaju Gentry has been postponed due to the absence of his estranged wife, Mercy Aigbe at his first court appearance.
Gentry who recently returned to Nigeria was in court yesterday in the company of his close associates and family members.
Due to Aigbe’s absence, the trial was postponed till June 7 as the estranged couple have to appear together before Chief Magistrate Folakemi Abegunde can make a final decision.
Mercy Aigbe is said to be out of the country for a business related matter.
