Coronavirus Kills Nigerian Actor On Movie Set

Fast rising Nollywood actor Alkali Matt who was among those exposed to celebrity photographer Seun O at the recently concluded Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards has died.

The actor popularly called Dareng died of pneumonia-like illness at 6:54pm on the set of an upcoming movie in a village in Nasarawa state.

The deceased was among those who had contact with a confirmed covid 19 case in Lagos few days ago.

May his soul rest in peace.

    My people are so adamant, thinking Corona affects only oyinba man. It is real people! New York morgue’s are almost over flowing, they are getting some mobile morgues in place. What was he doing on set?
    The hospital don’t even have effective testing kits in naija. God will deliver us from bad govt in naija. Now nowhere to run to!

    They should check the director and his fellow colleagues all of them that was on set too may be they are infected if truly he was a patient of covid -19 why not isolate him for treatment ,may his soul rest in peace.
