The Arabic script on the logo is translated as Nasrunminallah meaning Victory Comes from God Alone. This motto was initially inscribed on the banner which the Nigerian Indigenous Forces used to battle against the invading colonial forces.
But I feel it is totally wrong. Let it be written in plain English.

Is English the original language of Nigeria? Or is it the language of the colonialists?

Buhari should lose re-election easily with this new controversy.
Thanks to the brave mind who brought this out on time.

Why must you attach it with Buhari. The Logo had even been designed before he joined NigerIan Army. So why?

Yes Nigeria Is an Islamic state with the largest population of weak and timid Christians who can’t stand up to their right. That is why the country is where it is now.
I weep for my dear country. They are coming back to power again for another 4 years of bondage

The Arabic inscription beneath the six-point star in the logo of the Nigerian Army is their motto.
This is transcribed in english as; “Victory comes from God alone”.
During the creation of the logo in the time of Lugard, the only written language in West Africa, especially between the generally spread hausa traders across the locality, was Arabic.
The Arabic was also used then, for symbols, currencies, and official badges in West Africa.
The inscription has remained untranslated in the logo of the Nigerian Army since then.
It is time to put in the translated meaning if indeed Nigeria is a Christian country.

Maybe that’s part of the deal between the British and the Jihadists that assisted them in conquering other regions in Nigeria.
I am still wondering why Nigeria government suspended teaching of history in Nigeria schools, but thanks to God as people are evolving.

The question is, if that inscription has been there prior to pre-independence era, why fussing about it now ? Why pinning this on Buhari because you don’t want him to win the re-election? Why are we trying to create a religion war? Arabic inscription on the flag means Islamization of Nigeria. Any ignoramus who does not know anything will just assume that they want to Islamize Nigeria . Sometimes I question our sense of reasoning in this Country. Just because we hate Buhari so much should not rise to the level of allowing our feelings to interfere with our sense of judgement.
Before colonialism and after, Nigeria Currencies have a symbol of Arabic on them, so does that mean British intention was to islamitize Nigeria? If we are to blame anyone, we should blame the British not Buhari. My problem with we Nigerians is we never address the real issue boggling our mind instead we love to leave out the core subject just because we have personal malice with whomever our leader is. We love to apportion blames instead of resolving our problems.
We are in democracy era. If we don’t want to see the inscription in Arabic, then let it go through National Assembly for ratification. That why we have these Senators there. They are there to make life comfortable for their people, that is why they are getting paid that huge amount of salary.
