I’m A Night Owl, Not A Morning Person. What About You?
It took me a while to realise that I perform better at night, even though a friend told me it is a medical condition, my doctor said it is nothing to worry about.
I stay late at night and feel really tired with low energy in the morning.
Even though I’m one of the most successful night owls in the world, I still wish to wake up around 5am like most people do.
You need to see how I often fight to drag myself out of bed at 8am .
The only exception to this is when I have activities.
