As if Nollywood is an institution of learning that requires admission, a fraudster using comic actor Charles Inojie’s name on Facebook recently asked a Cameroonian fan of the actor to pay N10,500 in order to join Nollywood.
The fan identified as Ngala from Cameroon just raised the alarm.
See the content of his/her email:
“I am Ngala Hansel,a Cameroonian interested in getting into Nollywood as a comiedy actor.I’ve been trying to contact Charles Inojie and then contacted someone looking like him on Facebook and he
gave me this email address [email protected] but I feel like I am working with a scammer.
Please clarify me because already he is asking for 10,500Naira before he can send me a Nollywood form. ”
Beware of scammers, Nollywood doesn’t require any admission form.
