This is very difficult, and very unfortunate as well. People sometimes create more problems when they’re trying to fix an existing on. If only for once he had cared less about what people would say! He was rather afraid that his integrity and the name of his family would be smeared. But, in my own thinking, he should have even dreaded more the harrowing suffering, the psychological trauma and the possible stigma that he was to subject his family to if he committed suicide, and most of all, his eternal damnation.
Worst case scenario is: He loses all he’d ever worked for, do a long term in jail, and his wife perhaps follows other men in order to survive, with all manner of gossip circulating. All these do not worth taking his life if he had paused one second to put things in their proper perspective. Now, has the integrity he so feared giving a dent been protected? Has the family’s name been shielded from gossip?
The only practical prayer we can make here is for God to provide for the ones he has left behind.

There goes another decieved Nigerian! To die a deptor is in itself a sin and not to talk of taken your own life which in actual sense was not your own but God‘s.
Judgement really belong to God.
Rest In ….?

Any witness to ascertain what happened? If this is how loans are approved in Nigeria, then that has to change! The manager should be the executioner of orders from the bank; not otherwise. This is how banks quickly fold up in Nigeria because one person makes the decision instead of the committee in the institution. I know that the borrower will promise an inducement for the loan to get through quickly. Greediness is a subtle technique employ by the devil to blank out your natural destiny for twinkles form hell.

The hard-headed debtor(s) had a hand in the death just as much as the man who pulled the trigger. You collect loan and refuse to pay back and allowed another to take the fall while you think you can sleep easy in your borrowed wealth. Well you will not.
RIP to the dead!

Mr Olisa, you made a very big mistake and sealed your destiny for a long eternity. For all who have read and would read this story, understand First that suicide is sin, and the wages of sin first and foremost, is death. However, also understand that because Jesus Christ has died, we no longer have to die for our sins, but if we confess and repent we would be saved. Mr Olisa, you are not the first to give a loan that can go bad or become embarrassing to your family name or pedigree. The function of banks is actually to lend and accept money. So you did what bankers do. What is the worse that would have happened? You would have been indebted to your bank, but that won’t kill you. Show me one rich man or billionaire without debt? Almost none, so what is new? Nothing. With our present state of the economy, loans would go bad naturally, repayment would be hard, but things would pick up and God would let fortune smile on you if you seek His face in prayers. Please let this be a lesson to all, LET US NOT COMMIT SIN to cover up our sins, we would end up multiplying sins. Suicide is don and not a solution. I know what it means to have personal integrity but if you make this mistake to sin to spoil your family name or integrity, just confess and seek mercy simple! God Bless us All.

Olisa wouldn’t ‘ve killed himself for an amount he did not steal or approved for himself. A strand of hair on his head is worth much more than 350m. What is 350m that a worthy son of Nkwelle Ezunaka and of the most noble family of Nwakoby should fidget for? Oh life! There’s more to this sucide than the ordinary man can explain. The world is full of mystries. The Lord will give you a place amidst the angels and unveil the mystries to men on earth. Rip.
