Pictured above is a chronically depressed man who strangled his partner of many years at their home in New Jersey over the weekend before stabbing himself to death.
The couple identified as Richard and Christine Dzienisiewski were both found dead at their house in Hazlet town, NJ on Saturday in what police are calling apparent murder suicide.
Police are not looking for suspects in connection with the suicide.
Richard’s wound was described as self inflected while his wife reportedly died of a homicide.
Richard, a one-time divorcee has a child from his former marriage.
The couple’s two kids are now living with family members.
