This is what I have been saying, if our law is not in effect, it will be difficult to run this Nation. This is also going to be an eye opener for those in the justice department to do everything within the law to impose stiff penalty on these notorious offenders. All we need to do is to effect our law for example any criminal found guilty on aggravated felony charges such as kidnapping, armed robbery, unlawful homicide or any capital offense should be given a maximum sentence of death. Now, look at these criminals some of them will bribe their way out of prison or justice system and go out again to commit another crime. The day we start imposing appropriate punishment on these bad criminals, that day will mark the beginning of our permanent change to a new Nigeria.
