Meet Lanrewaju Jaiyeoba, a suspected fraudster caught with 22 stolen Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cards in Lagos on Sunday.

The 39-year-old suspect was arrested by the RRS following a tip off by vigilant residents of Ozumba Mbadiwe Road in Victoria Island.

He was nabbed while wandering with a backpack containing the stolen ATM cards.
