The officials of the Nigerian Federal Road Safety Commission are usually not permitted to carry guns but contrary to their custom, an official was spotted posing with a rifle last week.
Road users who spotted him took to the social media to share the photo.
The above photo is currently circulating like wildfire on the social media.
He will soon be identified and brought to book for intimidating road users.

I saw this pix about 3 weeks ago. My judgement of the whole thing is that this fellow just needed to amuse himself. If you zoom-in that pix, you would notice his teeth. Though the shadow of his hat cast over his face reduces visibility, a quint of the eye at his face reveals that he is actually laughing. I do not think he meant to intimidate anybody with it. It’s only to show us how FRSC officials would look if they brandished guns.
