Close to 40 topless virgins passed away last week on their way to a traditional festival where Swaziland King was to pick his 15th wife out of thousand topless dancing virgins.
The fatal accident involving two open trucks ferrying the maidens and a sedan happened along the MR3 Highway in Mahhala on Friday.
The impact of the collision ejected many of the virgins from the open trucks killing them instantly.
The girls were to take part in the Swazi Reed Dance Festival, a yearly event where umarried girls dance for King Mswati III.
A 19-year-old virgin became his 14th wife last year.
