It is normal, he bows for the power of the office ( presidency). In yorubaland, if a young person is enthroned, (king) everybody must bow down in respect of the office. The office is in that person so it is okay for senior citizens to bow. Ex-presidents do bend their shoulders and heads for GEJ.
