Earlier today, former PDP member, Bukola Saraki snubbed his party for members of his former party who enabled his election as the 8th Senate President.

The two politicians who facilitated his victory have been identified as controversial child bride senator Ahmad Sani Yerima and alleged wife beater, Dino Melaye.

52-year-old Bukola Saraki was nominated by Sen. Ahmed Sani Yerima in a surprise motion, which was seconded by Senator Dino Melaye, a former House of Representatives member

Saraki paid Atiku a courtesy visit this afternoon after his victory.

His wife, Toyin Saraki  and two of their children also joined him to celebrate this afternoon

Choi! Saraki don fall hand ooo, critics are now saying he joined APC for this purpose.

This is political desperation of the highest order.

Yerima will use his influence to approve child bride bill. He knows what he is doing. APC should go legal, this is not different from coup d’etat

The time and the speed at which this nomination happened is questionable. Well I’m still waiting for the response from APC members. I really want to follow this case to the end before I can pour out what is in my mind. Nigeria we hail thee!
