Jonathan is capable of reverting this death sentence but the man is too busy campaigning for reelection. His second term ambition is more important to him than the life of an average Nigerian.

This is very sad, if Nigeria permits the Boko Haram allies inside the military and Jonathan’s administration to succeed in killing these defenseless soldiers, it will have grave consequences because many Nigerians will shun the military and if they do, who will defend this troubled country.

Hope God will rescue them from the hands of the corrupt pot-bellied military commanders secretly working for Boko Haram. They are the reason why Nigeria is not winning this war on terrorism. #truth be told

Most of you don’t know what they are trying to do, they will use the blood of this one to wash jonathan head so he can will reelection, they may never set them free. Get used to it and let’s move on with life.
Tell your brothers or sisters not to join the military, let the politicians fight for themselves

Shame on GEJ and all his associates donating towards his re-election,in a country where the security personnel are not well equipped to face the security challenge in our highways,no good roads, the police are not well paid.
In this same country some bad element that want kick-back from this most corrupt Government, donated billions of Naira just to have this corrupt Government back in power?.
This is the right time for a change.

Dis calls 2 my mind dat Gideon Orkar coup in which my uncle, Cyril Ozoalor, wz one of d chief plotters. Dat day he wz kild, my mum came bak wit a newspaper containing d names of her broda’s fellow un4tun8 soldiers. I wz but 8 by den, yet d way she wept dat day stil rings like ystrday in my hrt, & rings wit a dull, rueful tone.

It wil b so painfl shd diz men face d firing squard. My uncl died in d mili3 dispensation; no one 2 rescue dem. We may expect things2run difrntly in a democracy, & desire dat GEJ would interfer here, bt dat could do mor harm dan good. D mili3 ways is a gulf of difrnce frm d civilian. Discipline means discipline 2a civilian, bt 2d mili3 man, it means DISCIPLINE.

I dnt knw if I’m undastud. If GEJ carelesly wades in2dis case jst by d virtue of his authority, &, maybe, commutes their death sentence 2 life imprisonment, it might lead 2 an unhealthy ease of d mind in d mili3, & mor officers would be temptd 2 disregard discipline.

I only c GEJ trimming dat numba 54 furda dwn, albeit I 4got 2 clean my eyeglass b4 lookn.

O’God Almighty I call on you to intercede on thire behalf. The military as we know is the most organised institutions in the world, until the coming of this government our military was rated one amongst the best in the world, most especially the infantry division. We have committed military personnel but we lack morden military hardware and this is what these men complained. It is unfortunate and highly regrettable that nigeria army is politicized, corruptted .is clear to us nigerians from the judgment of this military court marshal that the top ranking military men officials are helping boko haram this death sentence is aiding and abating the boko haram. Each time I think of our past retired generals I feel proud, the likes of late general Hassan usman katsina, general Joshua Dongoyaro, general Adekunle, general Muhammad u Buhari and a host of others. We have a very porous military now and this is very dangerous for our country. Regional sentiments, religion sentiment and other forms of unprofessional attitudes pervades our military. We must all rise against what is happening protest against this death sentence and call on the present government and the military to account for the billions that was always been allocated to them.

My God is this for really, what has nigeria turn to for God sake, no more human feeling for each other, no security at all whatso ever. if they kill these soldiers, what is the diffrent btw them and boko haram or what ever or would that stop all the trouble in the country. I believe these Soldiers a risking their lifes every day to do their jobs, so why do they deserve this kind of tretment for God sake.they are fathers to some children, brothers, uncles and sons to some family,so these kind of act is not fear at all. I don’t know them nor related to them, but God know them all… So my God show your power on these case and deliver them. I am using this time to say to all human being with God feelings to pray for them, because I wonder what their Family will be giong through now…Godddddd show your mercy.

It would be unjust to kill this guys. The problem with the military isn’t the ordinary soldiers, but the top officials. If you kill them Nigeria, then you are so blind in your judgment.

what the f**k is the problem with this country?? those sick generals are in their cozy offices in abuja while this boys risk their lives battling boko haram everyday ….They were pushed to the wall, the reason they reacted like that..Now u sentenced them to death by firing squad…Im sick to the stomach…..If you guys carry out this sentence, it will not be well with your childrens childrens children…All Nigerians should speak with one voice against this judgement.. We are no longer in the Military era..Nigerians are now wise…
