Meet Tres Johnson, a boy born with a rare medical disorder called Craniofacial duplication, a condition in which parts or all of the face are duplicated on the head.

When he was born in Missouri, doctors gave him zero chance of survival but as it is, he has defied medical odds.

He recently celebrated his 13th birthday in the loving arms of his parents Brandy and Joshua.

Craniofacial duplication is a very rare medical condition with only 36 cases ever recorded around the world till date.
