  2. In other to stop such negligence repeating itself in the future, the authorities should please go down to the root of this case by digging out how Mr Martins Okpeh (if that is his real name)came into the medical system. It is also imperative to find out who actually recruited him and who checked his medical background. Its unbelievable the reason he gave for his crime. That alone showed the level of his understanding – ZERO. Above all, the scary bit is that he had no remorse whatsoever. What real people do in other to save lives is to go to proper medical school, get proper training which will enable them to practice as proper medical doctors. NOT stealing other peoples certificates and assume that should be enough to qualify you as any professional.

Finally, only God knows how many patients Mr Martins Okpeh had murdered directly or indirectly yet, all in the name of a FAKE medical doctor. Authorities should please make sure that this negligence/loophole does not repeat itself in any profession, ever. The reason people acquire training is to justify their proper potentials, and if people are being recruited according to merits, I doubt if Mr Martins Okpeh should have been recruited as a medical doctor to start with. NOTE; prevention is always better than cure. PEACE !!!
