Meet 30-year-old Jewel Shuping, a North Carolina woman who was born normal but she has lost her eyes to her bizarre fascination with blindness that started when she was a child.

At 30, she hired a psychologist who poured acidic drain cleaner into her eyes to fulfil her life-long wishes.

In a recent interview on TLC, Shuping said:

“I really feel this is the way I was supposed to be born, that I should have been blind from birth.When there’s nobody around you who feels the same way, you start to think that you’re crazy. But I don’t think I’m crazy, I just have a disorder.”

Very strange!!

This is a self destructive habit.
