Radio Biafra DG Nnamdi Kanu is set to go free following the withdrawal of the terrorism charges filed against him by the DSS today Wednesday the 16th of December 2015.
The final ruling on the prosecutor’s application will take place at the Federal High Court in Abuja tomorrow.
Kanu was standing trial on a three-count charge of criminal conspiracy, intimidation and belonging to an unlawful society, allegations the prosecutor has withdrawn.
