RCCG GO Adeboye Cursed Nigerian Pastors Who Received N6Billion Bribe From PDP
Feb 5, 2015 – RCCG GO Adeboye Cursed Nigerian Pastors Who Received N6Billion Bribe From PDP
The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church Of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye said he just got to know about the alleged N6Billion bribe PDP party paid to some Nigerian pastors to blackmail the opposition party candidate, Buhari.
The supposed money was exposed by Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi yesterday. He alleged that key sources from the Presidency informed them that some pastors have been paid to tell church members to vote for Jonathan based on his religion and to instill fear in Christians that Buhari is planning to islamise Nigeria.
Daddy GO as he is fondly called by his people took to his verified Facebook page yesterday to warn Pastors who collected such money to return it or face the wrath of God.
In his words:
“I Read in the Newspaper this morning that one of the serving Governors in Nigeria said that some Pastor(S) in Nigeria collected 6 Billion Naira from politicians for the purpose of influencing their members to vote a certain candidate in the coming Elections.
May I humbly request that if there be any Pastor(S) who collected such money they should please return such as quickly as possible before the fire of the almighty consumes you”.
N6 billion just to paint someone black.. That’s too much.

It is even more interesting when so called men of God pick and choose sides, especially where no one has addressed the issues of poverty that has completely engulfed the country. Buhari is not a real change agent, Jonathan may not be the best but at least APC should have brought in a new face and maybe we can believe the change slogan. For now it is just about the kettle calling the pot black. A president cannot be responsible for every wrong thing that happens in the country. He cannot make any decision, that lies with the general assembly to pass bills. I haven,t heard of any suggestions from the change party of how they are really going to change the country for the better. APC chieftains are amongst the richest in the country. How could Bola Tinubu be a change party when he owns almost all the infastructure in his state. Abi na jonathan make dat possible too. Abeg, people should not be dis gullible. we need brand new people for us to go forward. Hence may who ever can swing the vote win.

You have said it all, Bash. That has always been my position. ***have very short memory. They now make it look like Jonathan is the architect of everything that has gone wrong with Nigeria, and gets zero credit for anything. In the history of Nigeria, no president has faced difficulties like this incumbent. Unfortunately, the opposition chose a sheep in wolf’s clothing to show that they will not be any better; which means we continue on the path we are on. Until a real, different and more credible agent of change comes, I’m afraid we can only hope for the best as we keep moving forward. Jonathan’s governance is similar in a lot of ways to Baraks. His last state of the Union address was the first time he told the Republicans off. Hopefully, Jonathan can do the same.

I hop dis is allegation is false. PDP cooked up theirs, e.g, Buhari is terminally ill, Buhari is an islamic extremist who wants 2 Islamise Nigeria.
So wen I first heard dis N6Billion thing, I brushd it aside as one of those stunts.

if it’s true, then it’s very unfortunate. but that does not give anyone the impetus to cast aspersions on the personality of Pastor E.A Adeboye. pls we need to be very careful what we say to and about men of God.

They brought this on themselves because of their close and unholy relationship with an heartless, unpatriotic, corrupt, and most imcompentent president in Nigerian history. What does their light has in common with the darkness of president Jonathan and Nigerian destructive politics? Our God who dwell in Heaven is not a respecter of anyone, be you GO,Bishop, Archbishop, pastor, Evangelists or what ever, you are called by His grace and not by your good work. The country is sinking and declining very fast under This criminal and corrupt president Jonathan, and some billionaire and private jets pastors publicly endorse a cultist president for another four more bloody and reckless presidency. On his watch, over 150,000 innocent children, mothers and fathers have been murdered by Boko Haram. where are those kidnapped school girls in Chibok? Are these pastors will be endorsing Jonathan if anyone of those innocent but powerless girls was their own children? They fly private jets while millions of our people have been driven into abject poverty, serious hardship, and economic setbacks; they send their own children and grandchildren to abroad to school while are school system is degenerating every day. They live like kings while millions of our people are dying daily of poverty. They enjoy stable and uninterrupted supply of electicity through powerful generators while we sleep every day in total darkness. They travel abroad for any illness while our people are dying in our various degenerated and unsupervised hospitals across the nation. They cajole us the Christians four years ago to vote for Jonathan that the widows of Heaven shall be open to all our people, in the last four, Jonathan has opened the widows of hell, hardship, mass murder of innocent Nigerians, inflation, insecurity, corruption and shattered educational system. We refused to be brainwashed and used again by these billionaire pastors who have turned the ultimate price of redemption of our Lord Jesus on the cross of calvary for their own personal gains. I know for sure that God Almighty will deliver His suffering people from our wicked, reckless, unpatriotic and occutic Nigerian politicians and their allies. Tell me your friends and associates, and I will tell you who you are.

After reading all ur comments,it is very clear that some of u just reads only the headlines without reading the whole story. The man of God said he read in a newspaper that some of his colleagues received #6billn to campaign for a particular candidate against another and that if it is true, they should quickly return it before the wrath of God befall on them. While are u condemning him 4 saying that 4 God’s sake? He does not need to seek the truth b4 condemning this kind of act esp.as it concerns his colleagues.

STAND AND BE COUNTED
Men of God are involving themselves in this year’s politics because it’s very crucial. The lives of Christians are under great threat. After this election let us not turn our eyes away from politics but become more politically aware. This is a wakeup call that along with focusing on your respective calling, we should stand and defend our faith and country. Vote JONATHAN for continuity.

I don’t think there is any truth in this report. 1. You got 6Billion and gave each state 3million. Doen’t make any sense at all. 2. Nobody, I repeat, nobody can islamise Nigeria. 3. Daddy GO is right by asking anybody in the name of can that got any amount to campaign against the other to return back the money or face the God’s judgement. 4. We should be careful about our utterances against men of God. The bible says(paraphrased), “Touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm”. We should judging ppl and let,s collectivelly find a solution to our problem(s) in Naija. THERE SHOULD BE NO SENTIMENTS. Vote for credible candidates and God will help us. Thanks.
